Welcome to Harmony Puppy Training. Learn more about the different ways we can work together.

Harmony Puppy training is based upon scientific methods. Positive reinforcement is just one of the tools used in the training toolbox I will provide you with. The methods we will use are free of force, fear, and pain.

Teaching dog body language is extremely important in our journey together. Learning body language is necessary. Taking the time to figure out what is enriching to your dog is imperative. What guardians need to remember is each dog is unique. Your dog is unique!

During our initial consultation, we will set up long-term goals and short-term objectives together. We will develop management guidelines to help promote ongoing success.

You will have hands-on homework to do with your dog. This is important and fun. Training your dog under my guidance will be a wonderful bonding experience for both of you. I take each guardian’s time into consideration when assigning homework.

Collaboration is vital and often time-sensitive when addressing behavioral issues. Keeping track of the behavioral changes you see is important. Identifying areas that may need to be modified as we work together is standard.

Throughout the time we work together, I am available via email or text if you have questions about a session. Phone conversations, if needed, are available per half-hour. They are $65 dollars a half hour.

If your dog is showing behaviors of extreme fear or aggression towards strangers, we may want to consider a zoom session to start. This session may be beneficial for everyone involved. I do not need to see or trigger this type of behavior to help you and your dog!

  • This first session is when we go over the behavioral questionnaire, short-term objectives, long term goals, and management procedures. These will be immediately implemented. Homework is given at the first session. Homework may include reading material and videos to watch.

    (In person or on zoom) and Materials: 90-minutes to 2-hour session for $325

  • Packages are offered as in-person appointments or on Zoom. The pricing is as follows:

    Package #1 - 4 follow-up sessions, 1 hour at a rate of $190 per training = Total $ 760

    Package #2 - 5 follow-up sessions, 1 hour at a rate of $180 per training = Total $900

    Package #3 - 6 follow-up sessions, 1 hour at a rate of $170 per training = Total $1,020

    Package #4 - 7 follow-up sessions, 1 hour at a rate of $160 per training = Total $1,120

    Package #5 - 8 follow-up sessions, 1 hour at a rate of $150 per training= Total $1,200

  • I am a certified Separation Anxiety Pro trainer with Julie Naismith. There are tools I use that can help your dog start to feel safe being left alone. I realize this is an emotional toll on the dog and guardian.

    I offer 4 and 8 weeks packages. Please contact me for pricing and to learn more.

  • This package is for guardians bringing home a new puppy or has a new puppy in the home.

    It includes the following:

    5 - sessions for $900. *The initial consultation is included in this package.

    **Please note that behavioral issues are not covered in this package. This package is designed to prevent behavioral issues.

    • Management & set-up of the home environment

    • Potty training

    • Problem solving:

    • What proper safe socializing means, and how to expose your puppy to novel stimuli

    • Ways to navigate the relationship between children and pups.

    • Taking the feelings of children and pups into consideration when training.

  • I will work with your dog while you are gone. This service is in conjunction with working with me. It is an additional service.

    This service is $ 180 per hour with a 2-hour minimum to book.

    This service is offered for a variety reason:

    • Jumpstart a behavior Potty training, crate training, basic cues, loose leash walking

    • For guardians that have time constraints

    • Help socialize a puppy when the guardian is not available

    • Socialize within the socialization period (puppy specific)

    • Extra help working on fear issues your dog may be experiencing due to specific triggers

    • Strangers, other dogs, sounds, objects on the street, elevators, stairs ...

  • Your dog stays at my home for a certain number of days. These stays are tailored to your dog’s needs.

    This service is $2300 per week with a 3-week minimum to book. Contact me.

  • This service is available in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and limited to existing clients of Harmony Puppy Training.

    Two to four dogs can safely socialize. Body language is carefully watched to insure everyone is having a fun filled safe session.

    One-hour social gathering is $55 per puppy.

  • I am a Licensed Family Paws Educator. I can help educate parents and prepare their life with a baby and dog.

    I can tailor a package based on the family’s needs. This could mean working with families before the arrival of the baby and transitioning after the arrival of the baby. I understand how emotions run strong at this delicate time.
